In fact recently, the responsible of Softin Systems have provided the Group in Madrid and Valencia, a training course concerning the implementation of improvements in its personnel management tool: MasterRec.

These improvements are the result of the analysis of existing processes that have led to the introduction of new features aimed at improving personnel management in the work using MasterRec, which together with Masterlic and Mastercost constitute the planning tools and management of the company and are a benchmark of investment in I + D + i in the construction sector.
