The San Francisco de Borja School in Puerto de Sagunto, work that is being carried out by Rover Alcisa and is promoted by the public company CIEGSA and the Ministry of Education, is already underway with the first stone layed.

The ceremony was presided by the minister of education of the Generalitat, Alejandro Font de Mora and the Mayor of Sagunto, Alfredo Castelló, and by the general director of the Department economic system, Maria Jose Vargas. It has also been present, the chairman of the Rover Alcisa Group, Alfredo Rodriguez and the director of the Levante area of Rover Alcisa Construction, Javier Mudarra.

The school is located in the northern part of Puerto de Sagunto, with a consolidated environment and residential building with an approximate area of 12062.91 m2. The proposed Learning Centre will have a nursery and primary school and will have more than 18 classrooms respectively, with dinning room services and a sport area with gym, the other remaining spaces are for patios and gardens. The idea of the building allows us understand this particular school as a place for children, with their own spaces and the interrelationship of these enhancers of teaching and learning.

The relationship established between the interiors and exteriors is a fundamental part to understand the relation between the educated and the educator, in which the space where it develops creates a link between the areas of attention and the need of immediacy of the spaces for break time with the qualities offered by the environment.
