Rover Alcisa is restoring the train station near Vilanova i la Geltrú. The project involves action on two buildings that belong to the station, the passenger building and the cleaning building.

The passengers building is symmetrically articulated in five bodies, the central one for the lobby floor, two extreme towers and two intermediate pavilions connected with the central body.

The central body and the extreme towers have three levels, while the intermediate blocks have only two. The ground floor houses the spaces dedicated to railway operations of the station.

 The works covered the demolition and replacement of the cover of the passenger building, the reorganization and upgrading of the ground floor of the passenger building which comprises: Stairs and regulating cistern buried of the left side of the building, the rest of the left wing of the building, the lobby, and actualization of the right wing and the mezzanine.

In addition, they will perform carpentry work outside the facade of the passenger building, the renovation of the passenger building facades, and the adequacy of the cleaning building.

Cover: New metal structure.

Exterior: New wooden aluminium with thermal break and rehabilitation of the facade.

Left wing inside the building: New area shopping center.

Right Wing inside the building: New Adif functional requirements and of the operator.
