Rover Alcisa continues to enhance staff training

 
Formacin.1Training keeps on being one of the main activities and aims of the Rover Alcisa Group, which continues to invest in a higher qualification of its staff and a substantial improvement in the production efficiency of its staff.

In that sense, Rover Alcisa has given 3920 hours of training destined to a more effective work in all areas, both in the management and in the quality as well as in the administrative aspects of it.

The training courses, offered with the help of the Softin Systems Group, which is a specialized in the development and application of new technologies company, and by the Production Management Group, have been addressed to both, to the executives of the company and to the production, quality and management departments.


These courses, framed in the training policy of the Group have been focused on expanding knowledge in the use of Mastercard, whose advanced system of budget management and cost control, includes all the processes of economic planning, administrative and financial resources to optimize control and monitoring of production centres, facilitating decision making at all organizational levels, and allowing productivity to increase and the reduction of costs, which leads to a significant improvement in management.

The 10 courses have had a high level of personal involvement of the Group, which demonstrates the strong commitment of staff for the aspects related to vocational training. Optimize resources and seek for a greater efficiency and a better understanding of the current state of the works have been the focus of these training courses, which again highlights the Rover Alcisa determination to improve the training of it’s team management and the labour departments, and administration.
