Iberovías, a company of the Rover Alcisa Group, has completed the remodeling of the station of Teruel.

The works have meant a far-reaching action on the existing railway infrastructure, with both on the road and the station facilities for users.

With this action we manage to integrate the Station of Teruel on the Line of High assistance Sagunto-Zaragoza, as part of the Valencia rail corridor - Zaragoza - Central Pyrenees, giving it modern and reliable equipment, which will result in greater safety and greater comfort for travellers.

 
Training keeps on being one of the main activities and aims of the Rover Alcisa Group, which continues to invest in a higher qualification of its staff and a substantial improvement in the production efficiency of its staff.

In that sense, Rover Alcisa has given 3920 hours of training destined to a more effective work in all areas, both in the management and in the quality as well as in the administrative aspects of it.

The training courses, offered with the help of the Softin Systems Group, which is a specialized in the development and application of new technologies company, and by the Production Management Group, have been addressed to both, to the executives of the company and to the production, quality and management departments.

Rover Alcisa has completed the work structure of the Administrative Complex 9 de Octubre and the complex structures of white concrete of the towers of that administrative complex of the Generalitat Valenciana, which will host all regional ministries of regional government.

 
Last week, on 1 July, the structure work was completed, finishing tower number one that is 70 meters high.

 
The complexity of the work is due to its magnitude, since it involves the construction of four new buildings, white concrete towers in the exterior and gray concrete in the interior, and the rehabilitation of the three buildings already in existence, and the construction of a basement for offices and archives, and the construction of two basements for parking.

The magnitude of such work is reflected in the 115 square feet of structure, the 7,000,000 kg of steel used, as well as in the 100,000 cubic meters of concrete. Volume that reflects the density of such work.

Rover Alcisa runs the 9 de Octubre Complex in a joint venture with Dragados y Construcciones Luján, which consists of one of the most complex work in public building in the Valencian Community due to its scale, as it involves the full refurbishment of the old prison, with the completion of the work, it will become the administrative centre of the regional ministry staff.

Rover Alcisa has finished in record time, the works of the "Expansion of the Faculty of Psychology Phase I" of the University of Valencia, finishing it two months in advance of the implementation period initially planned, a fact which underlines the professionalism and effort of the Rover Alcisa team.

 The University of Valencia has emphasized both the speed of execution in the expansion of the Faculty of Psychology, and the quality of its finishes.

 At the delivery ceremony of the work, they were present  from the University of Valencia, Clara Martínez Fuentes, Vice Chancellor of Sustainability, Infrastructure and Ricardo Perez Martinez, Director of the Technical Unit.

 The enlargement of the Faculty has consisted in building a new building of 4650 m2, distributed between basement and ground floor.

 In the basement we find the reading room of about 950 m2, two English patios, the researchers room, the engine room and toilets. The ground floor consists of the extension of the current library of about 500 m2, with a large skylight glass, seven classrooms, a hall of 190 m2, a reprographics room and toilets.
